Two wood stoves that offer both practical and natural simplicity are the Backcountry Boiler (L) and the Bushbuddy Ultra (R). The edge goes to the Boiler for its ability to integrate both pot and stove into a single unit, and for its far greater efficiency (less waste heat), leading to faster boil times, and allowances for poor quality fuels.
