In July 2015, I trekked in the High Sierra in the Cathedral/Ritter/Minaret complex south of Yosemite, and blogged and sent photos via satellite from the trip to both here and @backpackinglight on Instagram. We didn’t strictly follow any predetermined route (like Roper’s) and instead sort of navigated on the fly as we searched for peaks to climb and lakes to fish.
